Create a Structured Relationship
At the start of every project, we assign a Solution Provider to your account - your primary contact with Paragon – who will oversee every aspect of your project and maintain consistent communications throughout the process.
Align the Team
Your Solution Provider has access to Paragon's extensive talent pool, and will assemble a project team based on your individual needs. The Paragon team provides you with all the knowledge and insight from our many years of experience in developing customer-based solutions to challenges like yours. The goal is for the project team to function as an extension of your own organization, with all services coordinated by your Solution Provider.

Define Service Expectations
Your Solution Provider will meet with you to learn about your specific project requirements – the business needs, imperatives and obstacles you want us to address. Together we reach a consensus on the goals of the project, its scope, and specific objectives and benchmarks.
Assemble a Work Plan
We create a detailed project proposal outlining each step of the process, the timeframe in which it will be completed, and the cost. This plan helps ensure that we've understood your needs and that you understand the steps we're prepared to take on your behalf.
Throughout the project, we'll meet with you to reaffirm that all key goals and objectives are met. In addition, we'll continue to assess your needs as they evolve and determine whether any additional support is required.
